· The Work is 100% original unless specified.
· The Artist agrees to
complete the Work for review within eight weeks of receiving final approval of subject and design. The
completion date shall be extended for such period of time that the
Artist may be disabled by illness or delays due to events beyond the
control of the Artist, including but not limited to fire, theft,
strikes, shortages and Acts of God.
· In
the event the Work is damaged or lost while in the possession of the
Artist, the Artist agrees to begin a new work at no additional cost to
the Patron.
· The Patron is the owner of the original Work only. The Artist holds copyright
and reproduction right to the Work, and incidental Works made in its creation.

Please notify the Artist of any public display of the Work.
· The Patron agrees that
they will not intentionally destroy, damage, alter or modify the Work in any way whatsoever.
If alteration of any kind occurs after final receipt by the Patron, whether intentional or accidental, the Work shall
no longer be represented to be the Work of the Artist without the written consent of the Artist.

· The
Work is certified free from defects due to faulty craftsmanship or
materials for a period of twelve months from the date Patron receives
the Work (final acceptance). If
flaws shall appear, either the Work shall be repaired by the Artist,
or, if that is not possible, the Artist will execute a replacement Work
at no additional cost to the Patron.
· The
Patron gives the Artist permission to use this Work, including the
names and images of themselves and/or their animals in the Work, in all
forms and manners, including, but not limited to, exhibition, display
and advertising without violation of the Patrons Rights of Privacy, or
any Property Rights the Patron may possess in connection with
reproduction and sale of the Work, or any incidental Works made in its
creation.
· Copyright
notice in the name of the Artist shall appear on the Work, and the
Artist shall receive authorship credit in connection with the Work on
any reproduction.
· A non-refundable 25%
deposit is required to commence the portrait. The remainder is due upon approval
and acceptance of the finished Work. Patron agrees to pay for shipping and applicable
sales tax.
· Commission does not
include framing.
